At this moment there are 2 models of
optical Solid State Sensors on the market availbale besides of the version
used in the Poseidon rebreathers. The sensor sold by Poseidon will only work with the Poseidon rebreather and its M28 dive computer. The models shown above are in fact the "same" as the known one sold and used by Poseidon, they just have a different internal software. So these do NOT work with the M28!! For M28 the version sold by Poseidon is needed Also this two shown above are a different in their internal software! The can not be mixed nor they are interchangeable in a given setup.
As these digital sensors need power to work and at this moment all availalable dive computer are analog a power source and īsme elctronics are needed to connect them to a Shearwater or similar dive computer We have used and tested the sensors in the past years and are happy. Good they are now officially available, There are several ways to integrate them to an existing rebreather
