The special angle is a few cm shorter due to directly fitted to the
OXY2 A normal 90 degree angle is too high! Take a look to a complete unitr, fits fine when a backplate and wing is installed. Due to the fine thread (which is not on all OXY2 the same.....)the OXY2 has, not all OXY2 may stay in the same position as shown on the picture, but in fact that does not matter. Your should have good signal in each position to your wrist unit.
