Dolphin shell, made from Stainless Steel
The new shell is a few cm wider and higher as the original, so much easier to place everything you need.
On both sides is an opening to get your hoses into the shell, so more flexibel
There is a QUICK system for tanks, both sides
You can either use the orignal jacket or a backplate/wing system, both is possible with standard SS shell
The weight is aprox 7,5 kg and about 8,2 kg including the two quick disconect system, which is included!!
Even complete mounted, the unit has " a safe, comfortable standing " because of it´s perfect bottom style. There you also can place a third tank, a battery pack or similar things

![]() The oxygen sensor housing and display were great! Feel really confident I know what I am breathing now. Should do as I have 4 sensors in the system!, still have the VR3 on it’s own one in the breathing bag. Still might look to fit a Fischer connector to your cell housing and use one of those. I’m not sure how people carry the display but as I am quite tall I just made a couple of loops out of some rubber and had it on my forearm, next to my computer. Didn’t get in the way at all J Anyway, everything else was great, the shell is a dream, I only need 4 Kg of weight in my jacket for a big dry suit and wooly bear and as you can see the unit stands so nicely. The quick release system is great, my short 3l tanks sit really well. At the moment I was diving with the 5l as diluent which gives me lots of bailout, for longer dives I could put the other 3l on as well, lots of options! Many thanks

John J, Hong Kong
Hi Martin:
Thanks to you, I have the most interesting SCR in
Hong Kong! I had the unit out last weekend and had all of the
Instructors (local) very excited about the unit, with lot's of questions!!!!!
Of course I said that TECME is the company to work with. I don't know
if you have experience with the people that I dive with, but I dive with
Pro-Dive-Hong Kong, and Mandarin Divers. Steve Chan and Paul Nielson
are the respective owners of the shops and really are great people to
know.......

| Have also a closer look to the unit from Philippe C. (Switzerland) |

![]() with new 5mm semidry, no extra weight is needed (saltwater) I just placed 2 extra kilo to top of the unit for better trim (the black tape top on the tanks keeps a piece of weight) |
![]() with Drysuit 5mm Neopren I need 4 kg of weight the combination of house H0090 with one 90 degree extension is simply to describe: just perfect |
